Alloy Construction Sponsors ABC Fashion Show

Alloy Construction Service is proud to be a Diamond Sponsor for the ABC Greater Michigan Chapter Fashion Show 2022! It is no secret that construction is a male dominated industry, comprised of only 10.9% women according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. This event provides the opportunity to celebrate the women of ABC and the construction industry as they walk the runway in stylish clothing.

Representing Alloy as an ABC Model will be Jessica Vance. Jessica is the Environmental Health & Safety Director for Alloy. With a strong background in construction, she is an asset to the Alloy team. She is a Construction Health & Safety Technician through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals with expertise in commercial HVAC & custom sheet metal fabrication, structural steel, heavy equipment with undergrounds, industrial mechanical contractors, and remediation. Jessica enjoys teaching as an OSHA Outreach trainer in Construction. She actively contributes to the Alloy leadership team, proposing and implementing companywide initiatives. When not at work, Jessica is busy with her seven children ranging from kindergarten to college. She is passionate about giving back to the community, participating in a variety of outreach events. Alloy is pleased to have Jessica represent them as an ABC model.

Alloy has been women owned and operated since 1991 when Ronnie Neumann assumed the role of President and CEO after the passing of her husband. Prior to becoming president, she had left a career in Physical Therapy in 1981 to join her husband Robert in founding the company. Being involved in the organization for over 40 years, she has learned to effectively navigate the construction industry despite having few female mentors to turn to early on. Ronnie has successfully grown the organization to offer greater capacity, additional services, and expertise, becoming a prominent figure in the construction industry in the Mid-Michigan region. Her continued vision for Alloy is to create a world class operation with a family friendly and community conscious culture.
